2010-11 Handbook will be available after the fall meeting.

The WFCA Handbook contains bylaws, history, category rules, ballots, scholarship information, coaching awards, judging guide, student congress guides, and tournament documents. It has been updated to include changes these changes:

• Category rules have been updated for the 2009-10 topics and questions.
• Constitutional and Operating Bylaws have been updated from changes at the spring and fall meetings.
• Historical information has been updated.

Addendum:

The Deviations from WHSFA Rules page has been updated to reflect the differences in Extemporaneous Speaking (computers aren't / are allowed in the prep room) and Special Occaion Speaking (3 of the 4 topics have different wording). Use this page rather than the one in the handbook.
